Welcome to Four Points Media & Marketing, LLC! I'm Julia Deserio, an award-winning music educator, arts advocate, community servant, business owner, and substance use prevention spokeswoman from Austell, GA. I was born on Long Island, NY, raised across the Southeast, and graduated cum laude with a BM in Music Education from Gardner-Webb University in 2018. After 4.5 years teaching middle school choir and piano, I transitioned into music ministry with The Salvation Army Atlanta Kroc Center in October 2022, making the Atlanta area my new home.
My journey with the Miss America Opportunity began in 2019 and has given me four opportunities to serve as a local titleholder. Along the way, I’ve been honored to place second runner-up to Miss North Carolina (2022), first runner-up to Miss Georgia (2023), and receive multiple awards in talent, interview, community service, and social media marketing. Through this organization, I’ve earned more than $40,000 in scholarships — an investment that continues to fuel my commitment to education and service.
My community service initiative, "Art: The Highest Form of Hope," reflected my life’s work advocating for arts education as a powerful tool for substance use prevention and recovery, especially for at-risk students.
In December 2024, I expanded my impact by launching Four Points Media & Marketing, a business dedicated to helping pageant clients transform their brand, their reign, and their legacy. Through brand consulting, social media management, photography and videography, content creation, and digital/print design, I equip titleholders and organizations with tools to elevate their presence while preserving their most meaningful moments.
Outside of work, I love coffee shops, good music, board games, being creative, exploring new places, and meeting new people. My boyfriend Jake and I enjoy spoiling our tuxedo cat Kookie, ordering one-too-many Uber Eats deliveries, and practicing our instruments (Jake is becoming solid on jazz keys- I'm trying to learn guitar). In all things, I live "Soli Deo Gloria"- for the glory of God alone.
